Bicyclist hurt in Baton Rouge hit-and-run accident
A teenager riding a bicycle in Baton Rouge recently suffered injuries after he was struck by a vehicle while on his way to school late last month.
Information coming from Baton Rouge police revealed that a male bicyclist, identified as a 16-year-old student, was hit by a vehicle on southbound Glenmore Avenue. The boy, whose name was not released, told authorities that he was riding his bike in a bike lane when he was hit by a vehicle. The boy sustained injuries after he fell from his bike. Since no other people saw the accident, police authorities are seeking the public’s help in pursuing the driver responsible for the accident.
